By accessing or using the RERSUS website at www.rersus.com (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Platform.
RERSUS is a verified circular materials exchange platform operated by Salimus Consultancy FZCO, Dubai, UAE. The Platform enables the listing, discovery, and procurement of reclaimed architectural materials and provides structured sustainability and ESG documentation in connection with those materials.
RERSUS operates as infrastructure connecting material sellers and buyers. RERSUS is not a party to any transaction between sellers and buyers unless explicitly stated in a separate commercial agreement.
Access to the Platform is provided for informational and commercial enquiry purposes. You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable UAE laws and regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from RERSUS.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or communication channel on the Platform.
All materials listed on the Platform are offered as reclaimed assets. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement:
All materials are offered 'as is, where is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.'
RERSUS makes no representation as to the fitness of any material for a particular purpose.
Condition grades, quantity figures, and sustainability data are provided in good faith based on assessment at time of listing. Buyers are responsible for independent inspection prior to purchase or specification.
CO₂e figures and ESG data are calculated using the ICE Database v3.0 and recognised methodologies. They are provided for reporting and decision-support purposes and do not constitute a formal carbon certification unless issued under a separate certification agreement.
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, data schemas, ESG scoring methodologies, and the RERSUS brand — is the property of Salimus Consultancy FZCO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, RERSUS and Salimus Consultancy FZCO shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or any materials sourced through it.
Loss arising from buyer installation, integration, or modification of materials after collection.
Inaccuracies in third-party data sources used for sustainability calculations.
Interruptions to or unavailability of the Platform for any reason.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. RERSUS is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites and does not endorse them.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable UAE Federal Laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
RERSUS reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
